Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.

The Zaleski Law Firm handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases:

  • Chapter 7 bankruptcy enables you to eliminate or “wipe out” most of your debts free and clear. You will generally retain most, if not all, of your possessions, including your home and car.
  • Chapter 13 bankruptcy  allows you to repay a percentage of your debts over time, based on your income and expenses.  It is often used to save a home from foreclosure or a car from repossession.

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Cases.

Because financial hardships frequently involve accidents or injuries, the Zaleski Law Firm also handles serious personal injury and death cases involving car, semi-truck, motorcycle, boat and all other vehicular accidents.  Other common cases include those arising from dog bites, slips and falls, and nursing home/health care facility neglect.

Most people who have suffered an injury or a financial hardship are unclear about their legal rights and how the law can help them.  Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for answers to common questions. Or contact us to set up a free initial consultation to discuss your unique financial situation.  The Zaleski Law Firm offers flexible scheduling, including lunch hours or evenings, and convenient locations in Madison and Janesville.
