The Zaleski Law Firm handles both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases: - Chapter 7 bankruptcy enables you to eliminate or “wipe out” most of your debts free and clear. You will generally retain most, if not all, of your possessions, including your home and car.
- Chapter 13 bankruptcy allows you to repay a percentage of your debts over time, based on your income and expenses. It is often used to save a home from foreclosure or a car from repossession.
